COVID PROTOCOL UPDATE
As of October 1, 2020 All Pets has decided to start allowing clients into the building with their pets in a limited capacity. The lobby will still be closed, but owners will be allowed to enter the building with their pets if they so wish. The regulations are as follows:
1. Drop-offs for grooming, boarding, and surgery will still be curbside only.
2. Outpatient appointments and emergencies will be allowed to go into the building once the technician/veterinarian is ready for the exam/treatment. The technician will come to the curb and escort clients into the exam room. Pets will wait in the car with their owners until the technician comes out.
3. Everyone entering the building must be wearing a mask appropriately and keep it on at all times.
4. Everyone entering the building will be subject to a temperature check.
5. The lobby is still officially closed so clients must be escorted to the exam room and stay in the exam room for the duration of their appointment.
6. Only two people may come in per pet so that we can maintain social distance in exam rooms.
